Ballistic Helmet WENDY
For over a decade, Wendy has supplied the United States Army and Marine Corps with proven liner systems for their standard-issue helmets. These and other protective Wendy technologies are incorporated into our helmet systems and components. The Wendy Ballistic Helmet features a hybrid composite shell with unique geometry for increased strength and optimal fit. The foam liner protects against impact and allows for an overhead communications headband. The rail accessory mounting system is compatible with all accessories and features T-slots for custom mounting. A lanyard-compatible shroud secures any standard NVG mount.

WENDY NIJ level IIIA is designed to protect against handgun rounds up to .44 mag SJHP and .357 SIG FMJ FN submachine gun rounds. It is generally lightweight and provides good protection against most handgun threats.

The bulletproof helmet consists of a helmet shell (including edging) and a suspension buffer system (including cap band, buffer layer, chin strap, link, etc.).
The outer surface of the helmet shell is evenly and smoothly coated without defects such as foreign matter, blistering, peeling, etc. The suspension and buffer system components are complete, and the stitching is firm; all metal parts should be corrosion-free; functional features such as emergency disconnection and adjustment buckles should be suitable and convenient; the chin strap and the chin strap should be adjustable. The initial bonding fastness of the helmet shell edging; after the experiment, the length of the uncovered corners is 3.7

Water resistance: After the bulletproof helmet is immersed in water at room temperature for 24 hours, there will be no cracks, blisters, or delamination on the surface of the helmet shell. After two effective shots, no part of the suspension buffer layer fell off;
Environmental adaptability: Under the condition of -25 ℃ to + 55 ℃, there are no cracks, blisters, or delamination on the surface of the helmet shell, and after two effective shots, no parts of the suspension buffer system fall off.
